About us

Welcome to Health Practitioners

International Organisation of Holistic Health Practitioners is an umbrella organisation that provides platform for discussion, CPD and progression to all practitioners who provide care through complementary and alternative medicine. It might be good to clarify the groups as the “complementary and alternative” is providing alternaive to the allopathic or chemical type of medical treatment.

Why Choose Us?

We are unique in bringing a large number of professionals from different aspects of health care to work together and develop model of integrated and holistic health care

There is growing evidence and  according to the National Institutes of Health, “Integrated health brings conventional and complementary approaches together in a coordinated way. It emphasizes a holistic, patient-focused approach to healthcare and wellness — often including mental, emotional, functional, spiritual, social, and community aspects — and treating the whole person rather than, for example, one organ system.”

There is more appetite to work together now than ever before and medical professionals as well others have realised that integrated health improves outcomes and satisfaction — for both patients and healthcare providers.

Join us in the mission of integrated health care rather than solo care. The integrated, interdisciplinary care models remove care silos to promote high-quality, patient-centered, coordinated, collaborative care that improves the health outcomes and satisfaction. In this way instead of focusing on a single treatment episode or organ function, providers can  collaborate to build trust and prioritise patients’ overall well-being.
